Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment clears. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time are treated as received the following business day and enter the queue then.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International orders are not accepted.

Estimated Transit Times

All transit times below are estimates only and begin after the package leaves our facility. Actual delivery depends on USPS routing, weather, and local conditions.

East Coast and Midwest: estimated 3–6 business days
West Coast and Mountain regions: estimated 5–8 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: estimated 7–12 business days

These ranges are based on typical USPS performance from our Hong Kong packing location to U.S. destinations and can vary.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $10.00 for orders totaling $0.01 to $80.00. Orders of $80.00 and above ship free. The rate is calculated at checkout based on the order subtotal before tax.

Taxes

Prices shown on the site do not include sales tax. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout according to the shipping address and current tax rules.

Carrier and Tracking

Shipments go out via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once the package is scanned by USPS, a tracking number is emailed to the address on the order and also appears in the order history of your account on yarlung.shop.

Restricted Areas

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any location outside the United States. If an address cannot be delivered by USPS, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Delays and Force Majeure

Delivery can be delayed by holidays, severe weather, carrier backups, or temporary supply issues. When we know about a delay that will affect an order already in transit, we send an email update. Packages that are lost or arrive with serious damage should be reported to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with USPS and arrange a replacement or refund.
