These terms govern your use of yarlung.shop and any purchase made through the site. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them. The site is operated by HONG KONG YUE YING LIMITED.

  1. All product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in color or measurement can occur due to manufacturing and screen differences. If a detail is critical to your use, email us before ordering.
  2. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping unless the shipping threshold is met. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  3. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you and offer the choice to cancel for a full refund or proceed at the corrected price.
  4. Orders are offers to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment or shipping information. In such cases a full refund is issued.
  5. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be reported to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  6. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Address changes after shipment are subject to carrier rules and may incur extra fees.
  7. Accounts are for personal or business use by the registered owner. You may not share login credentials or allow others to place orders under your account without authorization.

  18. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered. They cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed and have no cash value.
  19. Gift cards, if offered, are valid for the period stated at purchase, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may not be redeemed for cash.
  20. We comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection and advertising standards. Product claims are limited to those supported by the actual specifications and testing of the items.
  21. Children under 13 may not create accounts or place orders. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it.
